The best approach would be an open public bid for the best casino development proposals that would result in maximum return in investment and jobs for Ohio. But at least this is a start.

As Maine Goes So Goes the Nation?

The Maine racino has been voted down.  Proponents are headed back to the drawing board and opponents claim that once again the people have spoken.  Those on both sides know that the issue will be back again but could the results in Maine be an indication of what's to come in the rest of New England?
